参加にあたってのお願い

1. リストバンドを受け取る

A. 事前受付がお済みの方

5月下旬〜6月初旬に、申込みフォームにご記入いただいた住所へ郵送いたします。送料はirOdoriが負担します。

※リストバンドがないとパレードへ参加することができませんので、パレード当日は必ず持参ください。

B. パレード前日・当日受付の方

受付場所である代々木公園ケヤキ並木通り（渋谷口側）にて受付を行い、リストバンドを受け取ってください。

受付日時：

6月6日（土）11:00〜18:00

6月7日（日）10:00〜定員に達し次第終了

2. 保険加入（A. 事前受付がお済みの方のみ、任意）

・パレード中の事故など万が一のことが起きたことを考慮し、「有限会社東京福祉企画」が提供する行事保険の加入を行います。

・保険料はirOdoriが負担します。

※当日参加対応型保険のため、申込に必要なのはフォームでいただいた戸籍名のみです。

※ご自身に万が一の事故が発生しなければ、生年月日等の情報はいただきません。

3. パレード集合・待機・整列（想定集合時間…6月7日14:47 – 15:02）

・リストバンドに記載された集合時間になりましたら、渋谷プラザ入口までお越しください。

・irOdoriの出発順は55番目です。

・リストバンドを着用の上、渋谷プラザにご入場ください。

・入場後は呼出エリア内で一時待機後、誘導に従って整列エリアに移動し、出発まで待機します。

注意点

※渋谷プラザへの入場口が去年から変更されています。詳しくは上の地図をご確認ください。

※今年は当日の進行状況が公式サイトで共有されます。リストバンド上のQRコードからご確認の上お越しください。パレードの時間が前後する可能性があります。

※会場内は大変混雑しているので、時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。

※ベビーカーや車いすをご使用される方やおからだの不自由な方は渋谷プラザに入らず、直前合流待機場所をご利用ください。

4. パレード開始（想定開始時間…15:36）

企業のロゴに関しては、シルバープラン以上のスポンサーを対象に限定的に掲出が認められておりますので、irOdoriフロートを含む個人参加可能なフロートでは掲出できません。

5. パレード終了（想定終了時間…17:06）・集合写真撮影

・パレード終了後、集合写真を撮影する予定です。

・撮影を希望される方はirOdoriスタッフの誘導に従い、所定の場所にお集まりいただき撮影を行います。
・写真撮影後解散となります。

A. Pre-registration

*Sign-up will close once we hit 150 people or by Friday 29 May.

B. Registration on the day before or on the day of the parade

There will also be registration (first come, first served) at Tokyo Pride 2026 in Yoyogi Park on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June!

How to Join

Please check the following information for details on the meeting place and time on the day of the event. Please read “Requests for participants” on the official website as well (Japanese only as of 6 May).

1. Receive a wristband

A. For those who have pre-registered

You will receive a wristband by mail between later May to the beginning of June. The shipping cost is covered by irOdori.

* Please be sure to bring your wristband, as you will not be able to participate in the parade without one.

B. For those who register on the day before or on the day of the parade

Please register and receive a wristband at the reception area, Keyaki Avenue in Yoyogi Park (Shibuya Exit side).

Registration dates & times:

11:00-18:00 (6 June)

10:00 – ends when capacity is reached (7 June)

2. Insurance (A. For those who have pre-registered only, optional)

– We would like to purchase event insurance provided by “Tokyo Fukushi Kikaku” in case of accidents during the parade.

– The cost is covered by irOdori.

*This is same‑day event insurance, so the only information required for the application is the legal name you enter in the form.

*We will not ask for your birthday or other details unless an accident happens.

3. Parade assembly, waiting and lining up (estimated assembly time… 2:47 – 3:02 pm 7 June)

– Please come to the entrance of Shibuya Plaza at the time indicated on your wristband.

– IrOdori will be the 55th to leave.

– Please wear the wristband before entering Shibuya Plaza.

– After entering, please wait temporarily in the call area, then follow the guidance to the line-up area and wait until departure.

Caution:

* The entrance of Shibuya Plaza is different from the last year. Please check the map above for details (① is the entrance).

* This year, the progress of the parade will be shared on the official website. Please check from a QR code on a wristband. The parade may get faster or slower than expected.

* The venue will be extremely crowded. Please allow plenty of time to get there.

* Please do not enter Shibuya Plaza if you are using a stroller or wheelchair, or if you are physically disabled, and use the waiting area where you can join us just before departure.

4. Start of parade (estimated start time… 3:36 pm)

The use of corporate logos is permitted for sponsors of the Silver Plan and above, and is not permitted at floats available for individuals including the irOdori float.

5. End of parade (estimated end time… 5:06 pm), group photo

– A group photo will be taken after the parade.

– Those who wish to be photographed will be asked to follow the directions of irOdori staff and gather at a designated spot for the photo shoot.

– The photos will be uploaded to our social media and blog without any modification.

– After the photo shoot, you can leave and enjoy the rest of the day.
