irOdori〜彩り×踊り〜（イロドリ）は去年に引き続きTokyo Pride 2025 Pride Paradeに出展します🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
大変ありがいことに❣️事前受付は定員に達成したため、締め切らせていただきました。
6月7日（土）・8日（日）に代々木公園イベント広場にて当日受付（先着順）もあります！
当日の集合場所や集合時間など詳細な情報を以下のとおりご案内します。必ず事前にご確認くださいますようよろしくお願いいたします😌

事前受付がお済みの方
※irOdoriと直接やりとりした方、Googleフォーム経由でお申込み済みの方が対象です。
◎当日の大まかな流れ
１リストバンドの受取（配布時間：6月8日 11:00〜13:30）
・パレード参加に必要なリストバンドをirOdoriスタッフが配布しますので、お受取りください。
・配布場所：会場マップ Purple22「日本テラデータ」ブース前
・会場マップは以下の写真または東京プライド公式サイトをご覧ください。
・注意点
※リストバンドがないとパレードへ参加することができませんので、必ず配布時間内にお受取りいただきますようお願いいたします。
※パレード出発順が記載されたこちらの「リストバンド」を配布します。配布後は集合時間まで自由時間ですので、他の出展ブースをご覧いただくなど離れていただいて構いませんが、以下３に記載の集合場所及び時間までお集まりいただきますようお願いいたします。
※スタッフはirOdoriロゴが掲載されたTシャツを着用し、のぼりを持っていますので、見つけたらお声がけください。
※会場内は大変混雑しているので、時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。
２保険加入（任意）
・パレード中の事故など万が一のことが起きたことを考慮し、「有限会社東京福祉企画」が提供する行事保険の加入を行いたいと考えております。
・金額は1人あたり30円です。
・加入を希望される個人の方はリストバンドをお渡しする際に、お名前をご記入の上、お支払いいただきますようお願いいたします。
・団体のみなさまは、事前に加入希望者リストを作成の上、集金をして、リストバンドをお渡しする際にまとめてお支払いいただきますようお願いいたします。
・他に行事保険に加入される予定などの場合には必要はございません。
注意点
※保険加入に際しては本名での記載が必要となります。他の参加者の方々には記載名が見えないよう十分配慮するとともに、ご記入いただいた記載名は、保険加入に関する利用以外には使用いたしません。
３パレード集合・待機・整列（想定集合時間：13:47）
・リストバンドに記載された集合時間になりましたら、渋谷プラザ入口までお越しください。irOdoriの出発順は40番目です。
・渋谷プラザの場所
・リストバンドを着用の上ご入場ください。
・入場後は呼出エリア内で一時待機後、誘導に従って整列エリアに移動し、出発まで待機します。
注意点
※昨年は想定された集合時間よりも早く集合となった経緯があります。
今年の集合時間は13:47〜14:02となっておりますが、集合時間の終了間際にお越しいただくと集合が完了してしまっている可能性もございますので、できる限り想定集合の開始時間である13:47頃にお集まりいただきますようお願いいたします。
※ベビーカーや車いすをご使用される方やおからだの不自由な方は渋谷プラザに入らず、出発直前に合流できる待機場所をご利用ください。
※万が一集合時間に間に合わない場合、irOdoriスタッフが車いす・ベビーカーご使用等の方の待機場所にのぼりを持って待機しておりますので、お声がけください。
４パレード開始（想定開始時間：14:36）
・主催者よりパレード中の注意事項が公式サイトに記載されているので、あらかじめご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。
・企業のロゴに関しては、シルバープラン以上のスポンサーを対象に限定的に掲出が認められておりますので、irOdoriフロートを含む個人参加可能なフロートでは掲出できません。
５パレード終了（想定終了時間：16:06）・集合写真撮影
・パレード終了後、集合写真を撮影する予定です。
・撮影を希望される方はirOdoriスタッフの誘導に従い、所定の場所にお集まりいただき撮影を行います。
・今年はパレードコースの終盤に傾斜のある下り坂が続き、GOAL後の帰路動線も上り坂となるため、車いす・ベビーカー利用者の方向けに途中でパレードから離脱できるポイント（優先退場口）が設置されます。撮影は優先退場口の先で行う予定としておりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・写真撮影後解散となります。

There will also be registration (first come, first served) at Tokyo Pride 2025 in Yoyogi Park on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 June!
Please check the following information for details on the meeting place and time on the day of the event.
For those who have pre-registered
* For those who have contacted with irOdori and those who have applied through Google Form.
Outline of the day
1 Receive wristbands (distribution time: June 8, 11:00-13:30)
・Wristbands necessary for participation in the parade will be distributed by irOdori staff.
・Please pick up your wristband at the booth of “Japan Teradata” at Purple22 on the venue map
・For a map of the venue, please see the photos below or the official Tokyo Pride website.
Caution:
* Please be sure to pick up your wristband during the distribution time, as you will not be able to participate in the parade without one.
* Please be sure to pick up your wristband during the distribution time. After the wristbands are distributed, you are free to leave the booth until the assembly time. You can leave the booth to visit other exhibitors’ booths, but please be sure to gather at the assembly point and time indicated in 3 below.
* IrOdori staff will be wearing T-shirts with the irOdori logo and carrying banners.
* Please allow plenty of time for your arrival, as the venue is very crowded.
2 Insurance (optional)
・We would like to purchase event insurance provided by “Tokyo Fukushi Kikaku” in case of accidents during the parade.
・The cost is 30 yen per person.
・If you wish to apply, please write your name and pay the fee when you receive it.
・Groups are requested to make a list of those who wish to subscribe in advance, collect the money, and make a lump-sum payment when the wristbands are handed out.
・If you are planning to purchase insurance for other events, you do not need to do so.
Caution:
* The name on the form must be written in your real name when applying for insurance. We will make every effort to ensure that other participants will not be able to see your name, and we will not use your name for any purpose other than for insurance enrollment purposes.
3 Parade assembly, waiting and lining up (estimated assembly time: 13:47)
・Please come to the entrance of Shibuya Plaza at the time indicated on your wristband. irOdori will be the 40th to leave.
・Please wear the wristband before entering Shibuya Plaza.
・After entering, please wait temporarily in the call area, then follow the guidance to the line-up area and wait until departure.
Caution:
* Last year, some parade floats started earlier than the scheduled time.
* This year’s assembly time is from 13:47 to 14:02. If you arrive at the end of the assembly time, the assembly may have already been completed.
* Please do not enter Shibuya Plaza if you are using a stroller or wheelchair, or if you are physically disabled, and use the waiting area where you can join us just before departure.
* If you cannot arrive in time for the meeting, irOdori staff will be waiting at the waiting area for people with strollers with a banner.
4 Start of parade (estimated start time: 14:36)
・Please check the official website in advance for precautions to be taken during the parade by the organizers.
・The use of corporate logos is permitted for sponsors of the Silver Plan and above, and is not permitted at floats available for individuals including the irOdori float.
5 End of parade (estimated end time: 16:06), group photo
・A group photo will be taken after the parade.
・Those who wish to be photographed will be asked to follow the directions of irOdori staff and gather at a designated spot for the photo shoot.
・The photos will be uploaded to our social media and blog without any modification.
・This year there will be a point where people with wheelchairs and strollers can finish in the middle of the route (“priority exit”), because in the end of the route there are ups and downs. Please note that the photo will be taken after we pass the priority exit.
・After the photo shoot, you can leave and enjoy the rest of the day.
